● Actively engage in customer success by independently engaging with stakeholders andidentifying opportunities for building a long-term, sustainable relationship
● Develop a robust & scalable project framework for understanding customer's businessrequirements and preparing a project charter/plan
● Communicate and collaborate with management and customers to streamline processes
● Work closely with Operations/Engineering/Business to improve the tool for end users
● You will handle a team of various hierarchies across the Operations & Project team
● You will guide the team in the delivery of all SLAs, and track project metrics and success factorsestablished with the customers.
● Define and optimize the customer lifecycle
● Communicate with major clients regularly and respond to specific queries
● Conduct daily & weekly project standups with stakeholders and the internal project team
● Take responsibility for delivering multiple customer projects within the expected timeline andquality expectations.
